This Privacy Policy describes how Kage ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Kage mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide:
- Profile and onboarding information you enter in the App, such as your goals, habits, and self-assessment answers used to build your program and stat ratings.
- Activity data you create in the App, such as completed tasks, streaks, levels, program progress, and saved or favorited motivational content.
- Any information you include when you contact us for support.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data, such as features used, screens viewed, and interactions within the App.
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, language, and app version.
- Crash reports and diagnostic data used to identify and fix problems.
- Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and provide the App, including your 60-day program, levels, streaks, and stats.
- To personalize your experience and tailor your daily tasks and progression.
- To send you reminders and notifications, if you have enabled them.
- To track your progress and display it back to you in the App.
- To analyze usage so we can improve features and fix bugs.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate the App (such as analytics or crash-reporting providers), and who are bound to use your information only on our behalf.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With your consent, for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on third-party services to function, including:
- Analytics and crash reporting providers, to understand app performance and usage.
- Apple Push Notification service, to deliver notifications you have enabled.
- Apple App Store, which processes all payments and subscriptions. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you use the App or as needed to provide the service. Much of your activity data (tasks, streaks, progress) is stored on your device. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at Contact@asime.site. We will process deletion requests within 30 days. Deleting the App from your device also removes locally stored data.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at Contact@asime.site and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your information.
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
